Homemade applesauce

I spent my Thursday afternoon tearing apart my tiny french kitchen making a fall favorite: homemade applesauce!

Apples, water, and cinnamon. Fresh apples from the market too!

And then i started to cook them done

Yes that's a plate, we don't have pot lids... ahh the fancy life

Ahh the fresh juice!

Finished! I filled 2 big tubs- kept one out and froze the other one! Successful! Such a yummy snack!
